Tuesday evenings during Lent will be dedicated to those who are either searching or have left the Catholic faith. Our church family wants to pray with you and share a testimony filled with Hope! Join us for light refreshments after the testimony. All are welcome.
Rosary: 5:30 pm, Novena: 6:00 pm, Holy Mass: 6:30 pm, Testimony: 7:00 pm
The institution of marriage and family is under attack in our culture today. This breakdown of marriage has been devastating to families and society. Do you know of marriages that are struggling? Families that need strengthening? Do you have loved ones who have left the faith? Please join us every Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm in the church to pray for marriages, families, vocations and for those who have left the faith to return to the Sacraments. This is for the whole family – children included. We will pray this beautiful and powerful novena together as we call on Our Lady’s intercession for these and your personal intentions. The novena takes approximately 15 minutes.

Malta Mass for the Sick ~ Saturday, March 22, 10:00am;
The annual joint diocesan Mass for the Anointing of the Sick will be held at Curé of Ars. Archbishop Naumann and Bishop Johnston will join in a Mass to administer the Sacrament of the Sick. Those wishing to receive the sacrament are asked to pre-register to [email protected] or call 913.620.1759.

Parish Penance Service ~ Sunday, April 6, 3:00pm at Curé;
This is a great opportunity to make reconciliation a priority in your Lenten journey to Easter. You will be welcomed with compassion as you receive the grace of forgiveness whether it has been several weeks or 25 years.

Holy week begins as we commemorate Jesus’ triumphant entrance into Jerusalem followed by his Passion on the Cross.

Seven Last Words of Christ ~ Tuesday, April 15, 7:00pm;
This Curé of Ars tradition will be presented the Tuesday of Holy Week. The evening is a powerful presentation of scripture, reflection and beautiful music that places you in the presence of Jesus on the cross. This is a not-to-be-missed presentation for your family and friends.
Holy Thursday ~ April 17, 7:00pm
This day we celebrate the Mass of the Lord’s Last Supper. We remember how the Eucharist began and recall Christ’s command of service through the washing of the feet. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament follows the Mass until 11:00p.m.
Good Friday ~ April 18, 12:10pm and 7:00pm
This day we remember the death of Christ and the power of the cross. We hear the story of the Passion according to St. John, venerate the wood of the cross, and partake in Holy Communion. Good Friday is a day of fast and abstinence. Stations of the Cross will follow the noon liturgy.
The Great Vigil of Easter ~ April 19, 7:00pm
The Easter Vigil is the first Mass of Easter and the most glorious Mass of the church year. This is the night of great rejoicing as we light the new Easter candle and listen and respond to the great stories of our faith - the Scriptures. Our catechumens and candidates are welcomed into full communion with the Church, we renew our baptismal vows and come to the Eucharistic table as renewed members of the Body of Christ.
Easter Sunday ~ April 20;
7:00am / 9:00am / 11:00am / 1:00pm;
Easter morning begins the 50 days of celebrating Jesus’ resurrection, the hope of our resurrection, the Ascension of Jesus into heaven, and the joyful conclusion of the season of Easter on Pentecost.
